Instructions

(1) Stamp one sheet of white cardstock with assorted stamps from the Masterpieces of Paisley stamp set and the yellow, blue, green, and red ink tones from Nick Bantock palette, varying the colors used for each stamp.

(2) Cut two strips measuring eight and one half inch by three inch and eight and one half inch by three and one quarter inch from another piece of white cardstock.

(3) Using the striped stamps from the two Art Warehouse stamp sets, stamp stripes on the wider strip, using the yellow, blue, green and red Nick Bantock palette colors.

(4) On the smaller strip, stamp overlapping circles, again using the ink tones.

(5) Cut a photo mat from white cardstock, measuring four and one quarter inch by six and one quarter inch.

(6) Cut a second mat from white cardstock, measuring 5 x 6-5/8. Using scrap paper as a mask, apply ink with a piece of Cut n’ Dry Foam to the four sides of the photo mat, creating the appearance of mitered edges.

(7) Cut a small rectangle of cardstock for the title, approximately two by three and one quarter inch.

(8) Stamp the first part of the title onto the cardstock, using Chartreuse Leaf and Cerulean Azure.

(9) Die cut the remaining word in the title using the Maddie Anne QuicKutz alphabet dies and Squeeze tool.

(10) Place the cut letters onto the Craft Sheet, and ink them by using Cut n’ Dry Foam inked with Rose Madder. Glue onto the title block with Glossy Accents.

(11) Ink tops of each outline paisley shape with two colors of ink.

(12) Cut a one and a half inch square from a Rubit Scrubit Pad. This is your “distressing tool” that will be used to lightly shade and distress the assorted pieces of stamped and inked cardstock.

(13) Tap the Rubit Scrubit distressing tool onto the Van Dyke Brown ink pad. Lightly dust the ink across all of the stamped and inked pieces of cardstock, and the paisley shapes. Add more shading around the edges of each piece.

(14) Assemble the page.
