Coordinating Chirp-board Tag

Create this vibrant bird tag with the coordinating colors of Adirondack™ Pigment Inks in Lights, Brights and Earthtones!

Materials List-
• Adirondack® Pigment Ink Stamp Pads- Cloudy Blue, Sail Boat Blue, Denim, Snow Cap, Peach Bellini, Sunset Orange, Terra Cotta, Cool Peri, Purple Twilight, Eggplant, Lemonade, Sunshine Yellow, Butterscotch, Shell Pink, Watermelon, Cranberry, Juniper, Clover and Bottle
• Inkssentials™ Non-Stick Craft Sheet
• Inkssentials™ Heatit™ Craft Tool
• Inkssentials™ Ink Blending Tool and Foam
Inkssentials™ Glossy Accents™

Instructions  

(1) For the tag, apply various colors of coordinating blue Adirondack Pigment Ink stamp pads to the tag either direct from stamp pad to tag surface or with the Ink Blending Tool and Foam. Start from lightest to darkest colors: Cloudy Blue, Sail Boat Blue and Denim. Let air dry or speed drying time with Heat Tool.

(2) With Ink Blending Tool and Foam, add “clouds” with Snow Cap pigment ink pad. Put aside to allow to dry.

(3) For birds, apply chosen color of pigment ink to shape direct from stamp pad to chipboard surface or with Ink Blending Tool and Foam. Let dry or speed dry time with Craft Tool. Ink wing chipboard with coordinating color and over stamp bird body or wing with third coordinating color. Air dry or speed dry time with Craft Tool.

(4) Follow same steps for the branches, but use two coordinating colors in over stamping branch surface to create a look of texture and dimension.

(5) Attach branches, birds and wings together with small beads of Glossy Accents.

(6) Add ribbon to hole on tag.

Adirondack® Fleur-de-lis Card

• Archivalฎ Ink- Jet Black

• Inkssentials™ Ink Blending Tool and Foam
Inkssentials™ Glossy Accents™
• Stampbord™ (ATC size), Ampersand Art, stampbord.com
• Scratch Tool, Ampersand Art

Instructions  

(1) On ATC size Stampbord, push stamp pad onto surface to create “blocks” of color with coordinating colors of pigment ink. Speed dry time with Craft Tool. Add additional layers or blocks of color until desired look is achieved.

(2) Stamp Crowned Fleurish image onto Stampbord with Jet Black Archival Ink and let dry.

(3) With Scratch Tool, scrape away highlights, following the design of the stamp so the clay surface shows and creates texture and contrast.

(4) Cut matte, white cardstock to postcard size (4 and one quarter ” x 5 and one half ”).

(5) Apply matching tones of ink to cardstock with Ink Blending tool, starting from lightest to darkest color. To create a soft, blended effect, start with Ink Blending Tool off the paper, and move in a circular motion.

(6) Stamp image in center of card with Archival Ink.

(7) Create a layer of black matte cardstock just a little larger than the white cardstock and adhere with glue stick.

(8) Attach Stampbord to layered cardstock with a thin bead of Glossy Accents, aligning the images together.

Adirondack® Pigment Ink Pastel Blooms Card

• Inkssentials™ Ink Blending Tool and Foam
• Stampbord™,  domino size (6), Ampersand Art, stampbord.com
• Scratch Tool, Ampersand Art

• Cardstock, black, postcard size (4 and one quarter inch x 5 and one half  inch) Classic® Linen, Neenah Papers, neenahpapers.com

Instructions  

(1) Apply one color of ink to each domino sized Stampbord with Ink Blending Tool. Add layers of color, drying between layers with Craft Tool. This will deepen the pastel colors. For a lighter color, do not continue to layer color.

(2) Stamp each “domino” with Jet Black Archival Ink. Let dry or speed dry time with Craft Tool.

(3) Accent each stamped image by scratching some of the design off with Scratch Tool, creating texture and highlights.

(4) Stamp saying with Snow Cap pigment ink and dry with Heat Tool.

(5) Attach Stampbord with Glossy Accents™ or glue stick.
