(1) Remove glass insert and stand from frame. Paint frame pieces with white acrylic paint using Non-Stick Craft Sheet on top of work surface. Let dry.
(2) Apply Antique Linen and Weathered Wood Distress Inks randomly to frame to give an aged look. Blend and remove inks with cloth until the desired effect is achieved.
(3) Apply Perfect Medium around the photo opening of frame. Sprinkle Gold UTEE on top of the Perfect Medium. Melt UTEE with Heat It Tool. Set aside.
(4) Melt Interference Blue UTEE in Melting Pot covering the pot with the lid. When totally melted, stir gently with the Kool Toolz spatula.
(5) Pour UTEE carefully onto the Non-Stick Craft Sheet, keeping the size of the UTEE puddle to the available space on the left front of the frame. Let cool and peel off Non-Stick Craft Sheet and place on frame. Heat briefly with the Heat It Tool to adhere to frame.
(6) Apply Perfect Pearls Perfect Gold around edges with Perfect Pearls brush. Heat briefly with Heat It Tool just to adhere.
(7) When frame is cool, spray entire piece with Krylon fixative to seal.
(8) Punch out copy of baby photo using round punch.
(9) Generate announcement on computer leaving space for photo. Print on scrapbook paper. Adhere photo with Tacky tape. Set aside.
(10) Cut out 3 decorative blocks from scrapbook paper. Cut three 2” by 2” pieces of mat board. Apply Perfect Medium to the edges of all mat board pieces. Coat all edges of Gold UTEE and emboss with Heat It Tool.
(11) Adhere decorative blocks to mat board with Tacky tape. Affix tea-stained letters to the blocks with tape.
(12) Place a strip of Tacky tape to the frame three quarters of an inch in from the right side (photo opening will be on the left) all the way around the frame. This will adhere the ribbon strip that will lay behind the mat board squares. Place ribbon over Tacky tape and press down. Place Tacky tape on the back of each mat board square and place evenly on the ribbon and frame.
(13) Carefully drill hole slowly from front to back centered on the Interference Blue UTEE piece for the clock. Reheat UTEE piece if it cracks to reseal. Keep clock opening clear. Let cool.
(14) Place clock works into frame. Set clock hands to birth announcement time.
(15) Affix the baby tags to the four points of the clock. Place battery in back of clock and tape battery to back of frame to keep secure.
(16) Add additional embellishments to front of frame (star, rabbit, hearts).
