UTEE Brightz Moon
(1) Pour equal amounts of Clear
UTEE and Sunflower UTEE Brightz in the
Melting Pot.
(2) Put lid on top and
let melt.
(3) Once melted, add a
sprinkle of White UTEE. Let melt.
(4) Carefully mix with
the Kool Toolz Spatula.
(5) Pour into Moon
mold. Remove once cooled
(6) Place a small
amount of Bronze Metallic Inkabilities
on finger and rub over the face of the
mold. Add some contrast with Bronze
Metallic Inkabilities.
(7) Dab a small amount
of Glossy Accents in the Crown Charm
openings. Place seed beeds and let dry.
Note: Make sure you are using the
Non-Stick Craft Sheet under the Charm so
that any stray Glossy Accents doesn’t
adhere the charm to your work surface
inadvertently. It will easily peel off
the Non-Stick Craft Sheet!
Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber
Arch and Tag
(1) Once glue is dry, place
your favorite picture into the frame.
(2) On Arch, dab
Sunshine Yellow Adirondack Acrylic Paint
Dabber until surface is colored. Using
Butterscotch dab intermittently to
create a sponged pattern. Edge the Arch
with Butterscotch. Let dry.
(3) On the Tag die cut,
dab Citrus Adirondack Acrylic Paint
Dabber until surface is covered. With
Butterscotch, lightly create streaks
across the die cut to give an aged
effect.
(4) Edge both the Tag
and the Arch with Hazelnut Adirondack
Acrylic Paint Dabber.
(5) Stamp “LUNA” with
alphabet stamps using Adirondack Caramel
Dye Ink.
Distress Manilla Tag
(1) Rub colors of Distress Ink
on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet. Just place
the ink next to one another and not on
top of one another, as you want to keep
the ink colors as pristine as possible.
(2) Spritz ink with
water.
(3) Press paper on the
inks. Turn over and dry with the Heat
Tool. (Option: blot the wetter areas
with a paper towel, which creates
wonderful ink spots and helps the paper
dry faster!)
(4) Note how the
Distress Inks, when wet, create
different tones of the same color.
(5) Lightly tap dry
inked paper over remaining ink drops on
Craft Sheet to build layers of color.
Dry with Craft Tool.
(6) Repeat until
desired look is achieved.
Watercolor paper background with
Colorwash
(1) Spray Colorwash on the
Non-Stick Craft Sheet. Just spray the
dye next to one another and not on top
of one another, as you want to keep the
colors as pristine as possible.
(2) Spritz generously
with water.
(3) Press watercolor
paper (or any textured paper )on the
Color Wash. Turn over and dry with the
Heat Tool. This is an important step to
keep the colors from muddying when
layering any additional Color Wash.
(4) Repeat until
desired look is achieved.
Putting it all together:
Use Wonder Tape to adhere all
layers:
• Layer the “Luna” arch
die cut on top of watercolor card.
• Layer tag die cut on
the Luna arch.
• Tie ribbon on manila
tag and layer over the tag die cut.
• Place Luna Moon and
Crown on top.
