Instructions

(1) Place your Non-Stick Craft Sheet on your work surface. Using the direct-to-paper method, ink the front of your Gloss Paper card with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink. Quickly rub ink into surface with a 1” square piece of Cut-n-Dry Foam.

(2) Cut a piece of red paper the same size as the front of your card. Slowly tear in half from upper right corner to lower left corner. Stamp right hand piece with handwriting stamp using Archival Ink in Jet Black. Adhere paper to card with glue stick.

(3) With a 1” square of Cut-n-Dry Foam, tap into your Aged Mahogany Distress Pad several times. Use the inked foam piece to randomly fill in your card on the upper left, and also to edge the entire front of the card.

(4) Cut a heart out of matte board. Wrap randomly with the aluminum Memory Foil Tape. (tip: do short 8” strips, peeling off a little of the backing as you go along). Position the last piece of Memory Foil straight across the middle of the heart. Stamp the word LOVE across that piece with your metal letter die set. Put aside.

(5) Cut off the end of a manila tag in a size slightly larger than the heart you made. Ink with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink using your 1” square of Cut-n-Dry Foam. Edge piece with aluminum Memory Foil Tape.

(6) Using the Alcohol Ink Applicator, place a few drops of Cranberry & Currant Alcohol Inks onto the felt. Tap the inked applicator lightly on the heart until the desired coverage is achieved. Re-ink the applicator on one edge and stamp onto your Memory Foil-edged card. It’s okay to let some of the ink overlap onto the paper.

(7) Attach the heart to the foil-edged square using Pop-it Shapes. Then attach the square to the card in the upper left-hand corner using Pop-it Shapes.
